1. The registration fee for virtual delegates entitles participants to attend the selected individual virtual congress sessions, virtual exhibition, and access to recorded lectures for 90 days after the congress.
2. The registration fee for physical delegates entitles participants to attend the congress physically at Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre (KLCC). booth exhibition and post event access to recorded lectures for 90 days after the congress.
3. Registration is confirmed only upon the receipt of payment. Payment must be made according to the correct registration fee stated above.
4. The registration is non-transferable.  
5. The congress organiser will not bear any responsibility for participants who have successfully registered, but do not attend the congress. Attendance during the event is the sole responsibility of the participant alone. 

Cancellation Policy:

1. Any request for cancellation of registration must be in writing to the congress secretariat at mmac2023@mma.org.my
2. Cancellation received on or before 31^th May 2023 - 50% of the registration fee will be refunded.
3. Cancellation received after 31^th May 2023 or NO show -  no refund will be made.
4. All refunds will be processed within one month after the congress.
5. Any bank services charges/ convenience fee/ administration fees/ taxes will be deducted from all congress registration refunds.

In the event of a technical glitch or any unforeseen circumstances causing the event to not take place, the congress organiser will ensure to reconduct the said event at another date and time in which the registered participants will be informed in advance.
